Instructions

1. Choose your Registration Type

  • Adult Standard: The basic choice for most folks.
  • Kesher Program (adults under 36 years of age): This is a subsidized registration package that includes give back volunteering at the Kallah. If you are under 36 and do not wish to participate in the program or volunteer, please register using Adult Standard.
  • Teen Kallah - Kids Kallah: For information about our youth programs and prices, click here.
  • Shabbat Only: Includes two nights and 5 meals (Friday Shabbat dinner, Saturday all meals, and Sunday breakfast).  Shabbat Only participants may choose one Friday afternoon workshop. 
  • Kallah Faculty: This registration is for teachers who are leading week-long classes at the Kallah. If you are not sure if this applies to you, please contact programs@aleph.org.
  • ALEPH Board – this is an Adult Standard registration for ALEPH board members who will be attending the annual board meeting.
  • Kallah Staff should contact kallah@aleph.org regarding registration.
  • Work Study participants: Please register as "Adult - Standard," pay your deposit, and - when your Work Study arrangements and paperwork have been completed - your Work Study credit will be deducted from the total balance.

2.  Multiple Registrations and Groups

  • Parties of 2 -9 may be included in the same registration. To add another adult, teen or youth to your registration, simply click “Add Another Person” upon completing your own information.
  • Groups of 10 or more:

    Find a group leader to organize 10 or more people for Kallah 2016.

    Each Adult Standard or Teen registration will receive a $36 per person discount.

    Once the group leader has 10 or more participants, please contact David Brown david.brown@aleph.org with the participant names in your group and we will email you back a Discount Code for your group to use to register.

3.  Start Your Kallah Registration

To begin, please enter your email address. For additional persons, you may use the same email for each subsequent registration or you may use unique emails for each individual.  A confirmation email will be send to each unique email.

4. Choose Your Lodging – for housing/commuter options and prices, click here.

Early Arrival on Sunday, July 10: Please let us know in your registration that you are coming on Sunday afternoon and will join us for dinner. There is an extra fee of $90 (per person). We cannot accommodate early Sunday July 10 arrival without an advance reservation that includes this choice.

5. Make your class/workshop choices for the week (Tuesday – Friday)

Classes and workshops will be available in February. When you preregister before classes have been announced, you will be given the opportunity to log back into your registration to make your class choices before the general public.

You may choose one of the following class options:

  • A 4-day morning class and a 4-day afternoon class, or
  • One 4-day class (Morning or Afternoon) and a series of workshops, or
  • Workshops only, 8 workshops - NO classes.

6. After choosing your classes, you can either add another individual to your registration or proceed to check out. You will also be prompted to create a password at this time so that you may revisit your registration at a later date.

7. Check out

  • Please review your registration for accuracy. You may make edits or changes before making payment.
  • T'rumah Financial Aid

In the spirit of T’rumah ("gift" or “offering”), everyone who participates in an ALEPH program contributes to the T’rumah Financial Assistance Fund via a 3% registration fee. T'rumah enables ALEPH to make programs financially accessible to as many participants as possible. T'rumah is only applied to the basic registration price.

  • Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal. 
  • Partial Payments - Are no longer accepted. Full payment must be made at this time.
  • ALEPH Kallah Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to Ming Shem Lu at ming@aleph.org. Cancellations received by May 15, 2016 can get a full refund (less $75 administration fee per person). Cancellations between May 16, 2016 and May 31, 2016 get a 50% refund. Cancellations will not be accepted on or after June 1, 2016. There will be no refunds or exchanges.

8. Submit your registration

You will be taken to a confirmation page upon completion of your order. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you have questions or need to make changes to your order, please contact us at 215.247.9700.

LODGING

Double Room (Community-Style) $1,170

Adult Commuter

Commuters receive all the benefits of Kallah registration (excluding housing) including meals and on campus parking.

Special Pricing Opportunities

Kesher Program (adults under 36 years of age)

This is a subsidized registration package that includes give-back volunteering at the Kallah. There are two options:

Kesher Double Room (Community-Style) $895
Double rooms with a community bathroom down the hall.

Kesher Commuter $785
Commuters receive all the benefits of Kallah registration (excluding housing) including meals and on campus parking.


Youth Program Housing

Teen Program (13 – 18 years old)  $795
Includes housing in a community style double when on campus.

School Aged Children Program (5-12 years old) With Bed $498
Priced for a double room with sharing with a parent or other child.

School Aged Children Program (5-12 years old) No Bed Needed  $365
Assumes that the child will sleep in the same room with parents with a sleeping bag.

Preschool Program (3-5 years old) With Bed  $295
Priced for a double room with sharing with a parent or other child.

Preschool Program (3-5) No Bed Needed  $195
Assumes that the child will sleep in the same room with parents with a sleeping bag.

Toddler Program (0-3 years old) No Bed Needed  $150
Assumes that the child will sleep in the same room with a parent in a set up you provide. No bed included. Free childcare services available upon request.
