Madrichim Program

Our program just for teens—those who are a bit older and wiser, but still wanting to experience the joy of Kids’ Smicha Week—is our madrichim (Counselor-in-Training) program! (Madrichim will be ‘paid’ $15 per hour which will count as work/study and defray the overall cost of their accommodations at Smicha Week!)
The madrichim program is designed to be a rewarding experience for this age group as they will learn by teaching, get to join in the general fun, and also have special time with their peer group for other special madrichim-only activities.
Each hour of participation in the madrichim program will equate to $15 per hour, which then will be removed off of your teen’s registration cost for Smicha Week. The madrichim program hours will match those of Kids’ Smicha Week.
