In Integral Theory, where we seek to bring together multiple perspectives of the vast expansive complexity, grandeur and humility of being human, the teaching of the Four Quadrants offers a comprehensive framework for understanding the full spectrum of our lived experience. They provide a foundation for honoring and exploring how we engage with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Building upon this foundation, we will dive into a beautiful practice known as the 1-2-3 of G-d, and learn about how it helps us relate to the Divine. As Spiritual Directors, integrating these teachings into this sacred vocation will help us pave the way for a deeper nurturing of both our own spiritual growth and the well-being of those we serve. By doing so, we can begin to embody a more balanced approach that honors personal experience, relational dynamics, practical actions, and the broader systems in which we operate.
Our work together will include a little bit of theory, experiential and contemplative practice, and connection as a group.

About the Program
LOCATION
We’ll gather together in Denver, Colorado. Exact location is kept private for security reasons, and will be shared upon registering.
MEALS
Please plan to eat breakfast before your arrival. Lunch is not provided, but there are numerous restaurants within walking distance.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE
Not able to join us in person? No problem! We’d still love to have you join us virtually. All Zoom log in info will be sent following registration, closer to the event.

Virtual registration: $90

In-person registration: $136 + late fee of $36
Virtual registration: $90 + late fee of $36
Registration will close on November 29 before Shabbat. For registration taking place between November 29 and December 31, a late fee of $36 will apply. Registration will not be accepted after December 31.

Nomali Perera, MA, PCC is an executive coach and facilitator. Nomali is certified in multiple developmental tools in her work including Polarity Management, the Immunity to Change™ process and Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry Process. In 2009, Nomali became a certified Integral Master Coach through Integral Coaching Canada.
