Calling all vendors of goods and products! We are excited to invite you to participate in the 2025 Kallah Shuk.

The 2025 ALEPH Kallah is proud to share an essential piece of the Kallah experience: the shuk!

The shuk (marketplace) is a gathering space for a wide variety of creators to showcase and sell their work to the hundreds of participants onsite at Kallah. We welcome artists, musicians, designers, authors, and creators to the shuk each Kallah.

Your participation will add beauty and expression to the Kallah, as well as extend the experience of this incredible week so that all those who join this week and can bring home your artwork, music, and books.

We honor and thank you for your creative work and for your willingness to share with others.

Visual, Textile and Jewelry Artists

All types of high-quality (predominantly Judaic) artwork are welcome. Ritual items, jewelry, and fine arts and crafts of all kinds including paintings, ceramics, photographs, clothing are especially in-demand.

Authors, Musicians and Vendors of Goods and Products

Print, audio and visual media on a range of subjects such as Judaica, prayer, tikkun olam, and more are welcome, as are natural and/or organic type products such as soaps, candles, sundries, and tchotchkes.

Note: All materials need to be approved for sale at the Kallah 2025 Shuk. Each applicant is asked to submit relevant photos or a website of their work for review as part of the application process.

Shuk Sale Options

There are several options available to you, as a vendor, to sell your wares at the shuk. Please carefully read through the options below before filling out an application.

Collaborative (most popular)

Kallah 2025 Shuk will do the selling and sales transactions for you

Vendor sets up table; Shuk staff will sell and complete all sales transactions; vendor is welcome to staff table if they wish; vendor will take down, pack up, and ship or take items with them at the end of Kallah

Details:

  • 60-40 Split (vendor 60% – Kallah Shuk 40%)
  • Choice of table size and signage:
    • $100 refundable* table deposit for a full-size table
    • $50 refundable* table deposit for a half of a table
    • $25 refundable* table deposit for a quarter of a table
  • All materials need to be approved for sale at Kallah 2025
  • Kallah 2025 Shuk will send you your proceeds by August 31, 2025

* The table deposit is non-refundable after May 15.

Self-service

You do the work and keep the proceeds 

Vendor sets up their own table and sells all work directly; vendor is also responsible for their own sales transactions; vendor will take down, pack up, and ship or take items with them at the end of Kallah

Details:

  • $550 Flat Fee (no profit sharing) *
  • Full-size table and signage
  • Vendors keep all the proceeds
  • Vendors do all the work involved in set up, sales transactions, break down and pack up
  • All materials need to be approved for sale at Kallah 2025
  • You may use your own display, but it must fit into the space allotted by the table area

* If vendor cancels after May 15, the equivalent of a full-size table deposit ($100) will be retained by ALEPH.

Full-service

Kallah 2025 Shuk will do all the work for you

Vendor will ship merchandise to Kallah Shuk; Shuk staff will set up the table, sell products, and sales transactions; Shuk staff will take down, pack items back up, and ship unsold items back to vendor

Details:

  • 50-50 Split (vendor 50% – Kallah Shuk 50%)
  • Choice of table size and signage:
    • $100 refundable* table deposit for a full-size table
    • $50 refundable* table deposit for a half of a table
    • $40 refundable* table deposit for a quarter of a table
  • All materials need to be approved for sale at Kallah 2025
  • Kallah 2025 Shuk will send you your proceeds by August 31, 2025
  • $50 re-packing plus shipping fees will be charged to the vendor

* The table deposit is non-refundable after May 15.

General Info for Vendors

Shuk Hours (subject to change)

  • Monday, June 30: 1–7 pm
  • Tuesday, July 1: 11:30 am–2:30 pm and 5–8 pm
  • Wednesday, July 2: 11:30 am–2:30 pm and 5–8 pm
  • Thursday, July 3: 11:30 am–2:30 pm and 5–8 pm
  • Friday, July 4: 11:30 am–1:30 pm
  • Saturday, July 5: 10 pm–12 am

Depending on the sale option you choose, you need not be present to sell your work unless you wish to. The Kallah Shuk will be staffed for sales daily during hours posted above. All material for sale will be secured and locked overnight.

Set Up and Break Down

Set Up

Shuk set up occurs on Sunday, June 29, from 11 am-6 pm, and Monday, June 30, from 9 am-12 pm. All set up must be complete no later than Monday, June 30, at 12 pm.

Break Down

All artists/sellers must be prepared to package their own work at the end of the Kallah week. Please plan to pack up all items by no later than 11 AM on Sunday, July 6.

Arriving at Kallah

Vendors are strongly encouraged to arrive on Sunday, June 29, to ensure they have enough time to set-up. If you will be arriving on Sunday, you must select “early Sunday arrival” when you register for Kallah. We cannot accommodate early arrival without a reservation in advance.

If you will be arriving on Monday, for example, if you are local to the venue, or only have a one or two items you are selling, please notify shuk@aleph.org in advance to help with planning.

Key Deadlines for Kallah 2025

  • May 12: Final date to apply to be a vendor
  • May 15: Inventory submission deadline to shuk@aleph.org (via email)
  • June 29: Arrival at Kallah (with “early Sunday arrival” registration)
  • June 29 – 30: Set up at Kallah 2025. Must be completed before 12 pm on June 30.
  • June 30 – July 6: Kallah
  • July 6: Take down/packing up. Must be completed before 11 am.
  • August 31: Vendors have receive payment from ALEPH.

How to Apply

1) Complete the application and pay the $18 non-refundable application fee (includes uploading photos of items for sale)

2) Applications reviewed and confirmed on a rolling basis until slots filled

3) Pay table deposit (or flat fee) to reserve your spot

4) Submit complete inventory by May 15 (ALEPH must approve all items for sale)

Applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be notified, on a rolling basis. We recommend applying early as slots are expected to fill. Applications will not be accepted after May 12, 2025.
